I am a native New Englander and spent the first 11 years of my life in Rhode Island. I was incredibly lucky to have my bedroom window overlook Narragansett Bay. I loved waking up each day to see what mood the bay was in; misty, bright and sunny, overcast, or snowy. The bay has been a painting inspiration to me throughout my life.
