I started this painting as an abstract expression of walking in nature at dusk. There is a wetland area near me, Green Cay in Boynton Beach. A beautiful way to safely spend time in a wetland area. Intuitively I began darkening the lower right area with transparent veils of dark blue. The orange square with half in the light and half in the dark was the last addition. All the elements layered
