Waiting for the Prince

Art has been an important part of my life as far back as I can remember. My dad was a master artist, a true "Renaissance man," and his creativity and temperament were a major influence on me as was his traditional, realistic style. I see beauty in the world wherever I go, and I love recreating what I see by painting landscapes. The lush vegetation, the pink Singing Tower Carillon, and the reflection pool in Bok Tower Gardens enchanted me and reminded me of fairytales. Thus the title for the painting.
