Women posed with either a water pistol or an actual handgun is a common trope with fashion and glamour photographers. I have taken this trope and turned it into a statement about gun violence in Florida. The subject is standing in an abstracted rendition of the ocean shore with the ocean on the right side having been turned red with the blood of the many shooting victims in the state.
